This recipe of crepe batter is traditional, it never disappoints! Sometimes the simplicity has of the voucher. This dough is also delicious with some almond oil

Ingredients
Nb the personne

1 - 125 g of flour
2 - 1 pinch of salt
3 -   2 eggs
4 -  25 cl of milk
5 -  1 soup spoon of melted butter or vegetable oil
6 -  Oil for the frying pan

Method of preparation
Preparation: 10minutes > Extra time: 30minutes to rest

1- Pay(Pour) the flour and the salt into a terrine. Make a well in the middle and break eggs there. Add half of the milk, the melted butter (or the oil) and mix with a wooden spoon, by returning gradually the flour towards the center.
2 - Une fois le mélange homogène, incorporer progressivement le reste du lait en mélangeant constamment. Si la pâte a des grumeaux, utiliser un fouet à main ou un batteur électrique pour homogénéiser. La pâte doit être onctueuse.
3 - Let rest(base) 30 minutes to 1 hour , and if the dough seems too thick, to lengthen  it with a little water before making crêpes(pancakes). 


I am surrounded with good crêpes(pancakes) and with creperies. My preferred it is the crêpe(pancake) in the apricot jam. A good crepe batter, it is quite simple to make, we prepare early in the afternoon to have a rough time the evening. 1 - Mix the flour, the salt and the eggs with a wooden spoon. To dilute with a little milk (it is essential because if you put all the milk all at once, the dough is going to make lumps) 
 2 - Add of more milk very slowly. Put the oil and Let rest 2 hours at least.
3 - Make warm a pancake pan on average fire. Put a little butter. Pay(pour) a ladle of crepeinto the frying pan. Well leave(restart) the dough in the frying pan.
4 - Cook a crêpe(pancake) approximately 2 minutes by face. Add what you want on your crepe(pancake) when the crêpe(pancake) returned. have a rough time,savour!



Pesarattu Dosa or Moong Dal Dosa is a popular breakfast recipe of Andhra Pradesh. This is a healthy & nutritious Dosa variety. Vegan as well as Gluten free.
The dosa can be made with whole moong beans or spilt moong lentils which are also known as green gram in English. I usually make the Pesarattu dosa with both the versions of moong dal.
The dosa made with yellow moong lentils are more like moong chillas. Whereas the ones made with whole moong beans taste a bit different. But both are delicious. Pesarattu Dosa is served with Upma. The dosa can be served with coconut chutney. They also taste good with a simple coriander chutney also.
